All tutoring is done one-on-one via online platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, etc). This allows the most convenience for both the tutor and the student. Students have limited time, and this eliminates the need to travel.
When is the best time to begin private USMLE tutoring for maximum score improvement?
We advise to start as early as you can. When you start early, you will have more time to not only develop your fundamental knowledge, but also to apply it as you build your analytical skills. This provides greater perspective and understanding of how your classroom lectures and exams will ultimately be tested on the USMLE exams, thus maximizing your preparation as you progress through medical school.
Can I purchase more than one hour of USMLE tutoring sessions?

What is your USMLE tutoring refund and cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our USMLE Tutoring packages. If you are not satisfied with your advisor or the session after the first hour you can either request a new advisor or request a refund and we will refund your money no questions asked. Do you guarantee a score increase or offer a money back guarantee for USMLE tutoring?
Yes. Our score improvement guarantee requires the student to complete an NBME assessment before starting tutoring and another upon completion. We guarantee a minimum score improvement of 10 points. If this improvement is not achieved, we will provide an additional 5 hours of tutoring at no extra cost.

Yes—our USMLE tutoring is fully customizable. At the start of tutoring, your tutor will carefully evaluate your current situation, goals, and the resources you’re using. If your resources are appropriate for achieving your target score (or passing Step 1), we’ll build on them and tailor the tutoring to your specific needs.
If we believe certain resources or strategies are not ideal, we’ll recommend adjustments and guide you toward what we think will work best for you to reach your goal efficiently.
